Blushing Pilgrim

This beautiful Valentine's cocktail was created by Kate's friends Claire and Ali during a Sunday Martini drinking session. We've called it the Blushing Pilgrim.

• 40 ml Blushing Monkey Pink Gin

• 40 ml Chambord

• Stir with ice

• Pour into a chilled martini glass

• Top with prosecco

Garnish with crumbled dehydrated raspberries and Rose petals.
