Corpse Reviver 69

This is the Corpse Reviver 69 - we renamed this due to the alcohol percentage of our absinthe.

The fresh kaffir lime leaves made this cocktail sensational. It was fresh and creamy.

Glass: Coupe

Hard Shake:

• 40ml Eternal Absinthe

• 15ml Noilly Prat

• 20ml Cointreau

• 3 drops Manderin Bitters

• 20 ml Lemon juice

• 20ml Syrup

• 1 fresh kaffir lime leaf, ripped

Garnish:

• Smear glass with bitters pipette and a lime leaf

• Strip of lime leaf over glass

• Twist of lime zest
