Every beam of the distillery’s 170 year-old barn is individual, just as every bottle we produce is unique. The Gin Kitchen’s rustic setting within the Surrey Hills and the traditional techniques we employ marry with modern technology and the sharpest minds in distilling to create exquisite, exceptional spirits with every batch.
