This our take on the classic Dark 'N Stormy created by Goslings Rum, but adapted to the mild Surrey Hills climate.
Fill an old fashioned glass with cubed ice & pour over:
Squeeze of half a lime
Top up with ginger beer. We use Fentimans which is less spicy.
- Garnish with a twist of lime zest.
