Lemongrass is native to South Western India where it is known as Malabar Grass. We made a syrup from fresh lemongrass to balance the sourness of a pink grapefruit. The exotic flavours were enhanced by adding a fresh kaffir lime leaf to the shaker.
25 ml lemongrass syrup
1/4 pink grapefruit squeezed
1 kaffir lime leaf
- Hard shake fine strain - Chilled coupe glass with kafir lime leaf smeared around rim & stem. - Top with prosecco - Garnish kaffir lime leaf
