So we bet you didn’t know it’s National Goat Cheese month! The American Cheese Society launched National Goat Cheese Month in 1998 to promote cooking with goat cheese.
On our fabulous tapas menu we have Stuffed Piquillo Peppers which are herbed goat's cheese stuffed piquillo peppers with a balsamic glaze. Mmmm! Suitable for vegetarians too.
