Our Bar Manager

We would like to welcome Angie as our new Bar Manager.

Angie has had a career within aviation for most of her adult life, working for an award winning airline delivering exceptional customer service to royalty, celebrities and VIPs. Angie’s role involved setting up VIP lounges at London Heathrow and various destinations around the world.

Her role at the Gin Kitchen will be to lead the passionate front of house team to deliver exceptional customer service that reflects our world class luxury spirits.

She says “the foundation of service is doing our job really well with the right attitude every day, to deliver everyone irresistible guest experiences.”
