Our own distiller, Reeba invented this cocktail and it's one of our favourites. It uses baklava syrup, which is made by muddling baklava in hot water, infusing and straining it.
Glass: Martini glass, or flute
Garnish: Sprig of mint and spiral of orange zest
Ingredients:
Sprig of fresh mint
25ml Raspberry syrup
Juice of half an orange
15ml Dry vermouth
15ml Baklava syrup
Recipe: Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice. Hard shake. Double strain into chilled martini glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a spiral of fresh orange zest.
