If you want to recreate our cocktail at home you will need to follow these steps...

• 50ml The Ginger Cat Gin

• 25ml Cointreau

• 25ml Freshly Squeezed Orange juice

• Teaspoon gingerbread syrup

• Hard shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass.

• Top with ginger beer and garnish with ginger and cinnamon.
