This cocktail at our cocktail bar has been created in admiration for the brave Ukrainians fighting for their freedom.

• 50 ml Insane Ostrich Botanical Vodka and definitely not Russian Vodka

• 25 ml blue curaçao

• 1/2 lemon squeezed

- Hard shake, double strain - Layer over crushed ice and pineapple juice - Garnish with lemon zest
