When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address for the purpose of fulfilling that order. SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. PRIVATE VENUE HIRE
The venue hire price is composed of a room hire fee, a minimum bar spend, a service charge and the price of any extras. The room hire fee is payable in full in advance in order to secure the date of your event and is non-refundable. We cannot guarantee availability of your chosen date until we receive payment of the room hire fee.
The minimum bar spend can be made up with drinks packages or pre-paid bar tabs or if you would like your guests to pay for their own drinks, a pre-authorisation and is payable two weeks before your event.
If the total amount of drinks packages and pre-paid tabs exceeds the minimum bar spend then the total amount will be payable two weeks before your event. If you wish to increase a pre-paid tab or drinks package during your event, the extra amount will be payable on the day of the event.
You may opt to have your guests pay for their own drinks during your event. In this case we will take a card pre-authorisation for the remaining proportion of the minimum spend. If your guests fail to reach the minimum bar spend during your event we will claim the amount needed to bring spending up to the minimum spend, from your card. We will not charge your guests service charge. We will not provide additional drinks or goods or services to the value of any remaining minimum bar spend after an event. We are not always able to monitor the bar spend during an event and we may not be able to inform you of any underspend before the end of the event.
A non-refundable service charge of 15% of the minimum bar spend will be charged in advance of your event along with the minimum spend.
Extras somprise other sums that may be payable as they arise for instance the hire of a stretch tent or mowing the overflow car park.
We may at our sole discretion cancel your event if the minimum bar spend and service charge and cost of extras is not paid at least two weeks in advnace of your event.
We cannot guarantee good weather and we will not be liable for any disruption or loss of enjoyment arising from adverse weather.
We are licensed to sell alcohol until 2300. We are unable to sell alcohol after 2300. We are not permitted to supply alcohol to under 18s or intoxicated guests.
Unless agreed in advance, drinks pricing will be at the bar rates normally charged at our venue which may reasonably change from time to time.
